Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites is seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support daily operations and drive service excellence across departments. You will lead by example, mentor teams, and ensure guest satisfaction while achieving business targets.

You will assist with rostering, recruitment, training and performance management, while overseeing cost control, property presentation and compliance with brand standards within a dynamic, guest-centric hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Hotel Manager with day-to-day hotel operations.
• Lead front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and swift issue resolution.
• Assist with rostering, recruitment, training and performance management.
• Maintain property presentation and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee financial performance including cost control and revenue opportunities.
• Support WHS, security and company policy compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of guest experience and operations.
