The EQ Hotel Management Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on, technically sharp Hotel IT Senior Technician to help bring Perth’s newest luxury hotel online and keep it running once doors open. You will build, commission and operate a full hotel technology stack from day one.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll lead pre-opening IT systems rollout, coordinate with vendors, and provide senior-level support across all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualificações

• Hands-on IT experience in a hotel or similar complex environment.
• Experience configuring and supporting hotel software platforms (POS, PMS, etc.).
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-opening processes for hotel IT systems and hardware.
• Deploy, configure and maintain core operational platforms and integrations across departments.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VoIP/PABX and cabling; provide senior level support across departments.
