Job summary

The EQ Hotel in Perth is seeking an experienced Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge, Porter and Valet teams ahead of our grand opening. You will ensure a warm welcome, personalised recommendations and seamless service, acting as the local expert on Perth dining, attractions and transport.

This role requires strong leadership, a passion for guest service, and the ability to establish pre-opening standards, train staff, recruit rosters and build trusted partnerships with local partners.

Qualifications

Experience leading a concierge team in a luxury hotel.
Ability to recruit, train and roster guest-facing staff.
Strong knowledge of Perth dining, attractions and transport.
Les Clefs d’Or membership or progress toward it.
Proficient with hotel PMS and guest-request platforms.
Flexible to rotate weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Concierge, Porter and Valet teams.
Coordinate airport transfers, reservations and guest requests.
Build relationships with local restaurants and attractions.
Oversee luggage, valet services and guest arrivals.
Support VIP arrivals and special requests.
Ensure seamless guest experiences with Front Office teams.
