Job summary

The EQ Hotel in Perth is seeking a hands-on Hotel IT Senior Technician to help launch Perth’s latest luxury hotel and keep its technology running from day one. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will own the hotel IT environment, lead pre-opening rollout, and provide senior technical support across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hotel IT experience required.
• Experience with hotel platforms and guest tech.
• Familiarity with networked hotel environments and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening IT rollout and commissioning of hotel systems.
• Support core operational platforms across PMS, POS, guest tech and BOH.
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, VLANs, VoIP and cabling.
• Provide senior-level technical support across departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure incident resolution.
