Job summary

The EQ Hotel Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Agents for our pre-opening luxury hotel. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and deliver personalised service to ensure a seamless stay.

As part of the pre-opening team, you will participate in training, help establish service standards, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Concierge to prepare rooms and assist guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Front Office or Guest Services is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests.
• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out professionally.
• Maintain guest profiles, reservations and room allocations.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to prepare rooms.
• Ensure accurate shift handovers and protect guest privacy.
