Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Hotel All Rounder in Port Douglas to support daily operations across housekeeping, food & beverage, and front office. You will deliver outstanding service with a guest-first approach, staying flexible to meet guest needs.

You’ll work across shifts, including nights and weekends, and thrive in a diverse team dedicated to creating memorable stays for guests visiting Queensland. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is a plus.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory.
• Genuine passion for guest care and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a positive attitude.

• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces all of which are crucial to creating an outstanding first impression
• Use cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
• Offer personalised food and beverage suggestions, whether in our outlets or during events leaving a lasting impression on our guests
• Proactively source information to expand your product knowledge
• Be the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems
• From check-in to check-out, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay
• Confidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamwork

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plus
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
