Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plus.
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.
• Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellence.
• Your problem-solving skills and unwavering positivity come into play when challenges arise.

• From check-in to check-out, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay
• Confidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamwork
