Job summary

Hungry Jack’s on the Gold Coast is seeking a trainer and mentor for crew-level employees. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver coaching that brings our Guest Obsessed and People Power values to life while promoting safe working conditions.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, ensure safety standards, support the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience, and drive sales through exceptional service and suggestive selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is required.
• Strong passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members.
• A Guest Obsessed mindset with commitment to exceptional service.
