Job summary

IRIS Hotel Group in Sydney is seeking a duty manager to join our busy venues. You will lead a team through service periods, ensure outstanding guest experience, and report to the venue licensee. Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience in a gaming/F&B environment, RSA & RCG certificates, and a hands-on leadership style.

• Minimum 2 years management experience in running a busy hotel with gaming/wagering focus.
• Extensive background in a strong F&B oriented venue with proven results.
• Extensive knowledge of TAB and gaming operations and required service levels.
• RSA & RCG certificates held.
• Hands-on management style with excellent people skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating a positive working environment.
• Desirable familiarity with industry technology systems and local clientele.

• Lead your team through busy service periods ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
• Report into the venue licensee and drive performance and profitability.
• Provide hands-on guidance in F&B, gaming and service delivery to achieve targets.
