Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or duty management experience in a high-volume club, hotel, or gaming environment.
• Current NSW RSA & RCG competencies with knowledge of club legislation and safety protocols.
• Strong composure, practical decision-making under pressure, and a people-first leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations as Duty Manager.
• Oversee guest services, safety and regulatory compliance during shifts.
• Manage staff on a rotating roster to ensure smooth operation.
