Qualifications

Experience in land lease communities or related real estate operations is desirable.
Strong communication and customer-care mindset is essential.
Ability to coordinate across sales, construction and community teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign (or similar).
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

Guide purchasers through the construction of their new home and settling into the community.
Liaise with homeowners and agents regarding progress and timelines.
Coordinate home maintenance with builders and resolve issues.
Coordinate New Home Introduction Meetings for onboarding.
Handle general administration tasks.
