Henley Properties Group in Melbourne is seeking a senior leader to take ownership of House and Land opportunities from the first conversation with developers through to packages being live, sold and performing in market.

You will build trust with developers and land agents, negotiate long-term land deals, shape compliant and competitive packages, and coach the House and Land team as the function grows and evolves to support sales success.

Responsabilités

• Talking to developers and land agents about upcoming opportunities
• Securing land and negotiating commercial arrangements that make sense long term
• Shaping House and Land packages that are compliant, competitive and easy to sell
• Keeping sales teams informed so there are no surprises on price, product or timing
• Coaching and supporting the House and Land team as the function grows
