Job summary

Ingenia Communities in Gordonvale, QLD is seeking a Home Delivery Coordinator to join our team. You’ll coordinate the delivery of new homes, liaise with builders and trades, and ensure settlements meet our quality standards, delivering an exceptional handover experience for residents.

This role sits at the intersection of construction and customer service, requires strong organisation and stakeholder management, and offers variety as you support residents through the settling-in process.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, construction, facilities, customer service, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and communicate confidently with customers, trades, and internal teams.
• Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple homes, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Detail-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and resolving issues proactively.
• A natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of new homes, ensuring they meet Ingenia's quality standards and are ready for settlement
• Provide regular build progress updates, including photos and status reports, to keep customers informed throughout their journey
• Manage and coordinate defect rectification before settlement and throughout warranty periods
• Conduct engaging home demonstrations, guiding residents through home features, appliances, manuals, and community resources
• Work closely with builders, contractors, sales teams, project managers, and community teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
