Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group in Gordonvale, QLD is seeking a Home Delivery Coordinator to join our team. You will work with project managers, sales teams and communities to ensure residents receive a high-quality home and a seamless handover experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, construction, facilities, customer service, real estate, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build trust and communicate confidently with customers, trades, and internal teams.
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple homes, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Detail-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and resolving issues proactively.
• Natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of new homes, ensuring they meet Ingenia’s quality standards and are ready for settlement.
• Provide regular build progress updates, including photos and status reports, to keep customers informed throughout their journey.
• Manage and coordinate defect rectification before settlement and throughout warranty periods.
• Conduct engaging home demonstrations, guiding residents through home features, appliances, manuals, and community resources.
• Work closely with builders, contractors, sales teams, project managers, and community teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
