Ingenia Communities Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead land lease community developments from planning through to completion, with on-site oversight of budgets, schedules, and quality. You will coordinate contractors, support home handovers, and work with Development, Sales and Operations teams to ensure safety and compliance.

Based in Highfields, Toowoomba QLD, the role emphasizes delivering safe, timely projects within budget while maintaining high customer and compliance

Qualifikationen

• Experience planning and delivering residential, civil, commercial or land development projects in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of project programming, tendering, costing, contract administration, quality control and defects management.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects from procurement and tendering through to construction, handover and defects resolution.
• Oversee budgets, programmes, contracts, claims, invoices, risks, quality and project reporting.
• Champion site safety and ensure compliance with WHS, statutory and Ingenia requirements.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project handovers, support feasibility activities and lead continuous improvement across project delivery.
