Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for Ingenia Lifestyle Ko (Gordonvale) in the Cairns region. You will lead a dedicated team, drive resident satisfaction and ensure high standards of service and operations as the first Residents arrive in early 2027.

You will cultivate meaningful resident relationships, manage daily operations, budgets and safety, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional lifestyle experiences and community programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in community management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, tourism or customer service.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, operations and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional resident experiences by fostering a welcoming, valued and engaged community.
• Inspire and develop a high‑performing team aligned with Ingenia's values and service standards.
• Oversee daily community operations, safety, presentation and compliance while managing budgets and resources.
• Coordinate maintenance, grounds and contractor activities to keep the community well presented.
• Build relationships with residents, committees and local stakeholders to create ongoing value.
