Responsibilities

• Manage an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation
• Identify potential recovery action as part of claims management
• Review quotes and authorise repair costs
• Negotiate settlements for claims
• Act as a technical referral point for internal teams
• Provide empathy and understanding in complex conversations
• Deliver service that exceeds member expectations
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives
