Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking caring professionals to help older Australians live independently at home in the Wyong area. You will deliver person-centred domestic and personal support, including meals, cleaning, showering and mobility assistance, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Requirements include a valid Australian driver's licence with your own car, 3+ months aged care experience, and availability for a 6-hour workday between 7am–7pm (one weekend per month).

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car.
• 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting.
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (one weekend per month).
• Commitment to paid training at start.

About You:

• Live across the Wyong area including Bushells Ridge, Jilliby, Kangy Angy, Mardi, Rocky Point, Tacoma/Tacoma South, Tuggerah, Tuggerawong, Wadalba, Watanobbi, Wyongah, Yarramalong and surrounding communities
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
• Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (one weekend per month availability required)
• Commitmentto our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!

What We Offer:

• $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
• Permanent Part-time contracts: 40hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
