BrillianTalent is seeking an Adelaide-based Property Manager/Host Manager to oversee daily operations of apartment and holiday accommodation across South Australia. You will coordinate guests, manage cleaning schedules, and liaise with contractors to ensure properties are well presented and maintained.

The role requires hands-on organisation, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly to regional properties, including Kangaroo Island.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in holiday accommodation or property management.
• Strong communication and service-focused guest coordination.
• Experience coordinating cleaners and maintenance contractors.
• Excellent organisational skills across multiple properties.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and presentation.
• Able to travel regularly across South Australia.
• Current valid driver’s license and Adelaide-based status.
• Mandarin language skills preferred for stakeholder communication.
• Australian work rights or permanent residency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations across the accommodation portfolio.
• Maintain communication with guests, clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and property access.
• Organise cleaning schedules between stays and maintain standards.
• Conduct monthly property visits and inspections as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance work and follow up on issues.
• Maintain records of inspections, requests and expenses.
• Provide updates to management on property conditions and guest feedback.
• Travel regularly to regional properties including Kangaroo Island.
