Job summary

Century 21 Coast to Vines is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a part-time, permanent role. The position manages a small, quality portfolio in Adelaide's southern suburbs, offering 20–30 hours per week with flexible hours and occasional work from home for a strong work-life balance.

You will handle day-to-day operations, inspections, tenant communications, lease documents, and provider coordination, with full training available for Property Me and related software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Property Management role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Property Me; full training provided.
• A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude with a solutions-focused mindset.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Understanding of SA tenancy legislation.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day to day operations of a quality portfolio of residential properties in Adelaide's southern suburbs.

• Advertising vacant properties and facilitating the tenant application and selection process.
• Ensuring properties are well-maintained and that tenants are meeting their lease obligations.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.

The role is a part time, permanent position managing a small, quality portfolio which continues to grow. Working 20 – 30 hours per week with genuine flexibility around those working hours, including the ability at times to work from home, allows for an exceptional work/life balance or family commitments.
