About the Role

As the Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of culinary professionals while contributing to our ongoing success.This role offers flexibilty and the opportunity to develop.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations:

Opening and closing the kitchen

Managing a hot section

Quality Control

What We’re Looking For:

Valid working rights in Australia. Must be available to work weekends.

Full time hours / Casual available

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment.

Good communication skills, with a solid sense of initiative and ability to manage your tasks and your time.
