Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high volume, phone-based sales role.
• Ideally experience closing sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders with relevant phone sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Convert new trade business customer inquiries into subscription sales over the phone.
• Hit activity and revenue targets by closing sales and signing customers up to the platform.
• Engage with customers, learn about their businesses and pain points.
• Promote benefits of joining the platform and manage objections.
• Follow scripts and regulations to ensure high quality customer interactions.
