In this phone-based role you’ll convert tradie inquiries into subscription sales, hit targets, and learn negotiation across a wide range of tradie customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a high-volume phone-based sales role.
• Energy, optimism and a can-do mindset to turn NO into YES.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a track record of hitting targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders with relevant telesales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Convert new tradie enquiries to subscription sales over the phone.
• Hit activity and revenue targets by closing sales and signing tradies up to the platform.
• Achieve weekly and monthly incentives.
• Engage with tradie customers, learn their business needs and promote hipages benefits.
• Manage inquiries and objections and use scripts while following regulations.
