HAYS Sales partnering with a Western Australian business is seeking a dynamic field-based Sales professional to manage an established territory across Perth and regional WA. You will meet with transport operators, mines, councils and owners to upgrade equipment and grow a loyal customer base.

Enjoy autonomy, a defined territory, and an uncapped commission structure while representing a reputable WA company delivering equipment and parts to heavy transport and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trust with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow sales across an established customer territory.
• Generate new business opportunities within transport, logistics, mining and industrial sectors.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with operations managers, fleet managers, procurement teams, transport operators and business owners.
• Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to close.
• Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities.
• Represent the business professionally within the market.
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline reporting.
