Job summary

Howard Porter is seeking a driven Sales Professional to join the East Coast team from the STEELBRO Victorian workshop in Sunshine West, VIC. This role focuses on heavy capital equipment and road transport solutions, with travel between major cities to engage customers and grow market presence.

You will build relationships, identify needs, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives while maintaining CRM data and hitting aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in relationship-based selling.
• Experience in capital equipment or road transport sales is highly regarded.
• Engaging communicator who builds trust and delivers outcomes.
• Confident working independently and in a team.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Win new business while strengthening key accounts.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored transport solutions.
• Contribute to strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and drive follow-ups.
• Occasionally travel between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide to meet customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
