Sonova’s Cairns hearing clinic is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative to join on a permanent part‑time basis (22.8–30 hours per week). You will greet clients, schedule appointments, support clinicians, and help run the day‑to‑day operations with a focus on exceptional service for an older client base.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists).
• Handling daily clinic operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients and processing payments.
• Learning and using a range of software and applications.
