Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple sites, including award interpretation and reconciliations. The role supports a part-time payroll officer and works closely with the Finance team in a Gosford-based environment.

You will handle award application, input of starter/variations, leave and termination calculations, and provide timely payroll reporting while maintaining data integrity and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll end-to-end in multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and STP requirements.
• Ability to interpret modern awards and employment contracts accurately.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for all staff across two sites and doctors.
• Reconciliations of payroll GL accounts and leave/salary accruals.
• Prepare payroll KPI reports for stakeholders and management.
• Support payroll system implementations and rostering projects.
