St Jude’s Health Care Group in Perth is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll for a 2000+ staff organisation. You will collaborate with payroll colleagues and train operational stakeholders on the payroll system.

You will interpret awards such as SCHADS, Aged Care, and Nurses Award, ensure records and compliance, and work with the Senior Payroll Officer on process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant payroll experience in a large organisation.
• Experience interpreting SCHADS, Aged Care or Nurses Awards.
• Proficiency with MYOB and Microsoft applications.
• Experience implementing new payroll systems.

Responsabilités

• Process fortnightly payroll for 2000+ staff.
• Respond to payroll queries from staff and stakeholders.
• Interpret awards and ensure compliance and record keeping.
• Collaborate with Senior Payroll Officer on process improvements.
