Qualificações

• Experience in applying accreditation programs within a healthcare organisation.
• Experience at management level within a healthcare organisation.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards, e.g. NSQHS Standards.
• Client relationship and contract management experience.
• Customer-focused approach to service provision.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to prioritise and allocate workload.
• Personal computer skills in word processing and database applications.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.

• Optimise timely engagement and communication with members
• Contract management of ACHS accreditation program memberships
• Provide tailored advice and support on accreditation program requirements
• Review accreditation documentation and undertake quality review of assessment reports
• Timely response to prospective accreditation members
