AGPAL - Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited is seeking a National Manager, Clinical Services Accreditation to lead day-to-day operations for accreditation services across hospital and DPS sectors, aligned to NSQHS Standards. The role reports to the General Manager, Operations and focuses on delivering high quality, timely accreditation support to health services.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance/accreditation activities and quality management.
• Demonstrated capacity in communications (written and verbal).
• Ability to build productive relationships and lead teams.
• Competency in use of computer systems, including Microsoft products and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for accreditation services to hospital and DPS sectors against NSQHS Standards.
• Ensure QIP obligations under AHSSQA Scheme.
• Identify stakeholders to understand current and future quality and safety needs.
• Develop, implement and update operational business processes.
• Ensure effective and timely service delivery to all clients.
• Provide timely reporting of outputs and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with other business units to achieve KPIs.
