Job summary

AGPAL and QIP seek a National Manager, Clinical Services Accreditation to lead accreditation services for hospital and DPS sectors under NSQHS standards. You will ensure compliance with AHSSQA, drive client retention, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to align quality and safety needs with organizational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, project management and communication skills, with a focus on delivering timely service and achieving KPIs through cross-unit collaboration.

• Experience in quality assurance/accreditation activities and quality management.
• People management experience with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Organisational planning and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for accreditation services delivery across hospital, DPS and NSQHS-eligible health services.
• Contribute to market and revenue targets and client retention.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand current and future quality and safety needs.
• Develop, implement and update operational business processes.
