For over 50 years, we have partnered with healthcare organisations to deliver accreditation, standards, education, and quality improvement services that make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Strategic Growth Officer to help expand our national accreditation membership base and strengthen ACHS's position as a trusted leader in healthcare accreditation.

The Opportunity

This is more than a business development role.

It's an opportunity to influence the future of healthcare quality by connecting healthcare organisations with accreditation services that drive safer, better care.

Working closely with the Director, Customer Services and the Executive Director, National Business and Development, you will identify growth opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, generate new business leads, and contribute directly to ACHS's strategic growth objectives.

If you're a naturally curious, commercially astute professional who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and achieving results, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Develop strong relationships with healthcare executives, managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new accreditation enquiries.
  • Understand client needs and connect them with the right ACHS solutions.
  • Facilitate introductions and meetings with Customer Services Managers.
Shape Market Opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights that support ACHS's strategic growth and market positioning.
  • Identify potential revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
Support Winning Proposals
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, RFQs and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling client solutions.
  • Follow up opportunities through to contract execution.
Manage and Grow the Pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Track opportunities, proposal outcomes, and revenue forecasts.
  • Contribute to growth reporting and business development insights.
About You

You're a confident relationship builder with a passion for creating opportunities and delivering results.

  • Experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Understanding of healthcare accreditation programs.
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management systems.
Why Join ACHS?

We offer:

  • A purpose-driven role that contributes to better healthcare outcomes.
