Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee end-to-end security service delivery across client sites in SA. You will report to the Operations Manager, lead a management team, ensure safety, compliance, profitability and growth, and translate contractual commitments into consistent operational outcomes.

The role requires managing a large workforce, strong client engagement, and proactive risk management to deliver high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or labour-intensive operations.
• Proven ability to manage client contracts and drive financial performance.
• Strong leadership and development capability for frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security services across client sites.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contractual service levels.
• Develop a strong leadership team and coach frontline staff.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and assist with proposals.
