Job summary

Securitas is seeking a State Manager WA/SA to lead and grow operations across Western Australia and South Australia. The role is primarily field-based, with regular travel to client locations to oversee service delivery, build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will drive profitability, ensure compliance and lead regional teams to deliver exceptional service while supporting strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in security services, facilities management or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development, account growth and client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, profitability and financial performance.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving operational excellence.
• Experience with compliance, risk management and service delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead WA/SA operations, ensuring service delivery against contracts and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders across WA/SA.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop regional plans and pursue new business.
• Oversee budgeting, profitability and cost control for the WA/SA region.
• Provide timely forecasting, reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Act as a professional ambassador for Securitas in the market.
