Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a senior operations leader to drive the end-to-end security services across a diverse NSW client portfolio. You will lead a management team, maintain a visible presence with clients and staff, and translate contractual commitments into commercially sound outcomes.

You will manage workforce performance, safety, compliance and profitability while identifying growth opportunities and supporting new bids. Strong leadership and security experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading multi-site operations.
• Experience in security or labour-intensive service environment.
• Ability to interpret P&L reports and turn insights into action.
• Strong business development capability and contributing to proposals/tenders.
• Experience managing performance and IR matters under relevant Awards/enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security services across a multi-site client portfolio.
• Ensure contractual service levels and standards are consistently achieved.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, coordinators, supervisors and frontline staff.
• Build an engaged, high-performing workforce and manage rostering and leave.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, cost control and revenue protection.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Support new customer acquisition and tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Awards, policies and regulatory requirements.
