Job summary

Orchard Talent Group is seeking an experienced Head of Scheduling to lead its scheduling and workforce management function across multiple locations in Australia. You will drive operational improvement, improve roster efficiency and reduce reliance on agency staff while ensuring client needs are met and compliance with industrial instruments.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing large, workforce-intensive teams in 24/7 environments, preferably in disability services (SIL).

Qualifications

• Experienced scheduling, rostering or workforce management leader.
• Experience in complex, 24/7 service environments is essential.
• Experience in disability services, especially SIL, is highly regarded.
