Job summary

Vision Australia is seeking a Senior Manager Organisational Development, Capability and Workforce Planning to lead enterprise-wide people initiatives that strengthen capability and performance in our national organisation.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape workforce strategy, lead succession and leadership programs, and partner with executives on organisation design and transformation initiatives to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational development and workforce planning within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness and talent development.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programs.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capability and translating insights into practical outcomes.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
• Drive organisational development, leadership and capability programs.
• Partner with leaders on organisation design and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop succession, talent and capability strategies for future workforce needs.
• Lead the people and organisational aspects of transformation and change initiatives.
• Use workforce insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
