Job summary

Vision Australia is seeking a Senior Manager Organisational Development, Capability and Workforce Planning to lead enterprise-wide people initiatives that strengthen capability and performance in our national organisation.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape workforce strategy, lead succession and leadership programs, and partner with executives on organisation design and transformation initiatives to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational development and workforce planning within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness and talent development.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programs.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capability and translating insights into practical outcomes.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Organisational Development, Capability and Workforce Planning to lead initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce sustainability and culture across our national organisation.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with leaders across Vision Australia to shape a capable, engaged and future-ready workforce that enables us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

About the Opportunity

As the Senior Manager Organisational Development, Capability and Workforce Planning, you will provide strategic leadership and practical delivery across enterprise-wide people initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and performance.

You will:

About You

You are an experienced People and Culture leader with deep expertise in organisational development, workforce planning and capability building. You are commercially minded, strategic in your thinking and able to translate workforce insights into meaningful organisational outcomes.

You will bring:

• Experience leading organisational development, workforce planning, leadership or capability initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness and talent development.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programs.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
