You will drive operational excellence, scale performance and shape the future operating model while delivering exceptional customer experience across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in senior operational leadership positions.
• Experience leading warehousing, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Strong people leadership across multi-site environments.
• Proven success improving systems and operational performance.
• Experience in omnichannel businesses servicing retail and online customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale warehousing, distribution and fulfilment operations.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and labour optimisation.
• Drive productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Ensure seamless integration between retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations.
