Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse and transportation operations and management.
• Background in a comparable role within retail, e-commerce, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Access required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor factory shipments and ensure on-time warehouse delivery.
• Plan and optimize warehouse capacity utilization.
• Monitor weeks of cover in the online channel and move inventory to maintain the same.
• Execute timely shipment processing and distribution to retail stores and distribution centers.
• Manage sellable returns, overstock, and retailer buyback programs.
• Coordinate new product launches to meet street date requirements.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits and maintain accuracy standards.
