Job summary

OnTheList is seeking a General Manager for Australia, based in Sydney, to lead commercial growth and brand partnerships while owning the local P&L. The role spans omnichannel operations, offline pop-ups, warehouse and fulfilment, and aligning with the SEA regional team.

You will drive growth strategy, build robust processes, and manage a high-performance team of eight while collaborating with partners and brands to maximize revenue and market presence.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in retail, luxury, or ecommerce industries.
• Senior country-level leadership experience with direct P&L ownership and fiscal accountability.
• Strong commercial mindset with relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local relationship owner for top-tier partners and drive commercial outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end omnichannel operations including offline pop-ups and e-commerce.
• Define and execute local growth strategy and organizational structure for scale.
• Provide executive P&L oversight and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing/CRM to build the OnTheList member community and local visibility.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team of 8 direct reports and align with SEA regional teams.
