Job summary

Brand Collective in Melbourne seeks a General Manager - Retail Operations to steer strategic direction, commercial performance and growth for a 12-brand portfolio across 300+ stores in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead through Heads of Retail and Retail Operations, shaping strategy with Brand Managing Directors to drive sales, profitability and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with multi-brand and multi-site retail experience.
• Proven track record delivering retail strategies that grow sales and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in large budgets and operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group retail strategy aligning brand objectives with growth ambitions.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across the portfolio with clear accountability.
• Shape and optimise the store network including new stores, relocations and refurbishments.
• Lead Retail Operations to achieve operational excellence and consistency.
• Elevate the customer experience across brands with a connected journey.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with the COO and senior leaders to influence strategic priorities.
