Job summary

Intogreat is seeking a senior Head of Marketing to shape and execute a comprehensive B2B go-to-market and demand-generation strategy. You will own multi-channel campaigns, drive qualified leads and align marketing with outbound sales across Australia, the UK, and the US as a growth market.

The role is fully remote with occasional in-person milestones and collaboration with an international team. You’ll manage HubSpot-driven lifecycle programs, optimize the funnel and demonstrate strong ownership

Qualifications

• Extensive senior B2B marketing experience.
• Proven GTM and demand-gen success.
• Experience building and leading distributed teams.
• Strong digital, content and analytics skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute practical B2B go-to-market strategies across Australia and the UK, with the US as an additional growth market.
• Grow external demand and reduce reliance on relationship and referral-led opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads, meetings and measurable sales pipeline.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition across direct marketing, SEO, AEO, paid media, content and partnerships.
• Assess the full customer acquisition and conversion journey, not in isolation.
• Recommend where to invest our budget and what to stop or change.
• Strengthen lead scoring, nurturing, lifecycle management, automation, attribution and reporting through HubSpot.
• Connect marketing activity with outbound sales through messaging and follow-up pathways.
• Lead a distributed marketing function with clear priorities and accountability.
• Partner with the CEO on go-to-market priorities and strategic growth opportunities.
