Job summary

Influx seeks a Marketing Manager Global to scale ICP-led campaigns across paid, search, and emerging channels from Melbourne. You will own messaging, testing, and optimization to drive qualified leads and revenue growth worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with a small team in our Melbourne head office, reporting to senior leadership. The role demands hands-on execution, sharp analysis, and a bias for fast, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building campaigns that stand out.
• Proven experience generating leads and revenue via distribution channels.
• Proven experience working in B2B marketing - communicating to multiple buyers.
• End-to-end campaign experience across multiple channels.
• Extremely comfortable with data models, attribution and proving ROI.
• Eager to learn, be proven wrong and change approach every week.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns end to end, from idea and message to creative and launch.
• Make every touchpoint, from first search to landing page, show why Influx is different.
• Know our ICP better than anyone, channel by channel.
• Listen to buyers every week, and turn what you hear into sharper messaging.
• Win the shortlist: make Influx the clear #1.
• Know the lead gen math: volume, conversion and cost per qualified lead at every stage.
• Continuously test and improve every campaign: audience, message, structure.
• Test new channels quickly, then scale or stop them based on results.
• Extend proven campaigns to new products and services as they launch.
• Own the budget and prove the return on it.
• Own growth and distribution as a function - planning, budget, results, team.
• Lead and develop team members.
• Build repeatable systems that grow over time.
• Continuously improve how you work with other functions.
• Earn additional scope and budget by proving incrementality.
