Job summary

Lookout is seeking a Growth Marketer to build a scalable marketing engine from the ground up. This remote‑first role focuses on ABM, content and lifecycle marketing to accelerate pipeline, with collaboration across Sales, Product and Customer teams.

You will own nurture journeys, lead scoring and event programs, working closely with the Head of Marketing to drive growth for a modern SaaS platform in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including growth/demand generation or ABM-focused roles.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline via ABM, content and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience, building campaigns, workflows and reports.
• Deep experience using LinkedIn for B2B growth, organic and paid.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABM programs targeting priority accounts and regions across channels.
• Produce whitepapers, reports and gated assets to generate inbound demand.
• Build nurture journeys and lead scoring in HubSpot to move prospects to sales-ready state.
• Plan webinars/events and coordinate pre-, during- and post-event ABM campaigns.
• Own HubSpot workflows, website optimization and reporting to drive pipeline.
