Job summary

nib Group is seeking a Group Head of Enterprise Systems to lead strategy, performance and evolution of nib’s enterprise systems across Finance, People & Culture, Risk, Legal and other functions. You will drive transformation, simplification and operational excellence while partnering with senior leaders to modernise platforms and streamline processes.

You’ll shape technology decisions, build high-performing teams and deliver outcomes that enhance employee experiences and business effectiveness

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise applications and corporate systems
• Proven track record with platform modernisation and service improvement
• Strong vendor management and large budget ownership
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, performance and continuous improvement of nib's enterprise systems portfolio
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps supporting AI and transformation across shared services
• Drive reliable, secure, scalable technology services and improve employee experience
• Build and lead high-performing delivery teams with a focus on outcomes
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities
• Manage strategic vendors, commercial relationships, budgets and technology investments
• Ensure governance, resilience and risk management across the portfolio
• Deliver technology solutions that improve organisational efficiency
