nib is seeking a visionary Chief Data & AI Officer to shape the future of data, AI, and technology across the enterprise. You will lead a cross-functional function to drive growth, improve customer outcomes, and enhance operational performance through trusted data and intelligent systems.

Reporting to the Group Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, you will define the strategy, build scalable platforms, and partner with executives to embed data-driven decision-making at every level of nib.

Qualifications

• Proven ability translating emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.
• UTF-8
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data platforms and AI initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link technology investments to strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise Data & AI strategy aligned to growth ambitions.
• Lead the evolution of the data platform, ML, and AI capabilities.
• Establish and scale AI as a practical, value-generating capability across the business.
• Build a high-performing Data & AI function balancing innovation with governance and trust.
• Partner with executives to embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• Shape industry conversations and represent nib on data, AI, and technology trends.
• Advise Executive Leadership and Board on opportunities, risks, and strategic investments in Data & AI.
