Job summary

nib health funds limited is seeking a Group Head of Enterprise Systems to lead the platforms underpinning Finance, People & Culture, Risk, Legal and shared services. You will shape strategy, drive transformation and ensure reliable, secure, scalable enterprise applications across nib.

Reporting to the Group Technology & Transformation Officer, you will build high-performing teams, manage strategic vendors and budgets, and partner with senior leaders to deliver operational excellence and improved

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience across enterprise applications, corporate systems or shared services tech environments.
• Proven track record leading platform modernisation and service improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial and vendor management capability with large technology budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of nib's enterprise systems portfolio.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps that support AI, transformation and operational excellence across shared services functions.
• Drive reliable, secure and scalable technology services that improve employee experience and business effectiveness.
• Build and lead high-performing teams focused on delivery, service excellence and customer outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation, optimisation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Manage strategic vendors, commercial relationships, technology investments and budgets.
• Ensure governance, resilience and risk management across the enterprise systems portfolio.
