Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring for a technical sales leadership role in Australia. You will lead the Enterprise Sales Engineering team, own the technical sales strategy across your territory, and coordinate all technical resources to win customer engagements.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director, lead a team, and participate in external events, content creation, and market shaping while traveling across the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within a technical sales or pre-sales function.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technical evaluations to a successful technical win.
• Ability to discuss both architecture and business implications with CISOs/CIOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical sales campaign and own the territory's technical narrative in forecast and reviews.
• Coordinate and unblock technical engagements with sales engineers, product specialists, threat intel, services, and partners.
• Lead and develop the team with performance reviews, career development, and stretch assignments.
• Engage with customers and market, presenting at events, publishing content, and influencing market direction.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet or exceed territory targets.
