Job summary

Minfy is seeking a Head of Engineering & Delivery to lead the ANZ region, driving customer success by leveraging our strategic AWS alliance. This leader will scale delivery excellence, nurture partner-driven growth, and co-create solutions delivering measurable customer value.

The role emphasizes leading cloud-native, AI/ML, and modernization initiatives, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement within enterprise accounts in ANZ.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in technology leadership with engineering and delivery management.
• Proven success in cloud transformation programs leveraging AWS technologies.
• Strong understanding of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and co-sell models.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers in ANZ.
• Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transformation engagements across ANZ with focus on quality, efficiency and customer delight.
• Partner with AWS and ecosystem collaborators to accelerate cloud adoption and co-innovated solutions.
• Establish governance for delivery excellence, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Scale engineering to deliver cloud-native, AI/ML, and modernization solutions using AWS.
• Champion DevOps, FinOps, Cloud Security, and automation-first delivery models.
• Mentor high-performing delivery and engineering teams across ANZ.
• Build relationships with AWS Partner teams to align joint go-to-market strategies.
